Academic Administration and Development Office Unites for “Big Cleaning Day: 5S” to Promote Organizational Image

เมื่อวันที่ 16 สิงหาคม 2568 สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น นำโดย ผศ.ดร.ปิยวัฒน์ สายพันธุ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ จัดกิจกรรม “Big Cleaning Day : 5ส” (สะสาง สะดวก สะอาด สุขลักษณะ สร้างนิสัย) ณ อาคารสำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ ตั้งแต่เวลา 08.30-16.30 น.

On August 16, 2025, the Academic Administration and Development Office of Khon Kaen University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyawat Saipan, Director of the Office, organized “Big Cleaning Day: 5S” (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) at the Office premises from 08:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

กิจกรรมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการบริการทั้งในด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายในองค์กร ระบบการทำงาน และบรรยากาศการให้บริการ โดยบุคลากรทุกคนได้ร่วมแรงร่วมใจกันอย่างพร้อมเพรียง สร้างความสุขใจและพลังสามัคคี ภายใต้แนวคิด “ส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์องค์กรจากสิ่งใกล้ตัว”

The activity aimed to enhance service quality by improving the organizational environment, service systems, and working atmosphere. Staff members joined together with unity and enthusiasm, reflecting the spirit of teamwork under the concept of “Promoting Organizational Image from Within.”

หลังการดำเนินงาน ทุกพื้นที่ภายในสำนักฯ โปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ โล่ง สบายตา สะอาด ปลอดภัย พร้อมส่งต่อบรรยากาศที่ดีและสร้างนิสัยการทำงานที่มีระเบียบ เพื่อยกระดับการบริการที่มีคุณภาพและความสุขร่วมกันของบุคลากรทุกคน

As a result, the office has become more transparent, orderly, clean, safe, and welcoming, while cultivating good habits that will continuously uplift service quality and create happiness among all personnel.
