สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ ร่วมมือเครือข่ายคณะ มข. พัฒนาระบบส่งผลการศึกษาออนไลน์ เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ยกระดับความแม่นยำ สร้างความมั่นใจในการส่งมอบผลการเรียน

“Bureau of Academic Administration and Development with KKU Faculties to Develop an Online Grade Submission System Enhancing Efficiency, Accuracy, and Confidence in Academic Reporting”

สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อชี้แจงและรับฟังความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระบบการส่งผลการศึกษาออนไลน์เวอร์ชันทดลองใช้งาน เมื่อวันที่ ๓ ธันวาคม ๒๕๖๘ ณ ห้องประชุมสุกิจจา จันทะชุม ชั้น ๒ อาคารพิมล กลกิจ โดยได้รับเกียรติจากผู้ประสานงานด้านการส่งผลการศึกษาจากทุกคณะและวิทยาลัยเข้าร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และข้อเสนอแนะอันมีค่าเพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาระบบที่สมบูรณ์ยิ่งขึ้นและตอบโจทย์การใช้งานจริงในอนาคต

การประชุมครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมของทุกคณะที่ต้องการยกระดับคุณภาพการบริการด้านผลการศึกษา ตัวแทนจากคณะต่างๆ มีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะพัฒนาระบบส่งผลการศึกษาให้มีความคล่องตัวมากยิ่งขึ้น จึงได้ร่วมกันเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบส่งผลการศึกษาออนไลน์แบบศูนย์กลางที่ทั้งคณะและส่วนกลางสามารถเข้าถึงและตรวจสอบข้อมูลร่วมกันได้อย่างเป็นระบบโปร่งใส และสามารถติดตามความคืบหน้าได้แบบเรียลไทม์เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของทุกฝ่ายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมมีความคาดหวังว่าระบบใหม่นี้จะช่วยเพิ่มความคล่องตัวในการทำงานด้วยการปรับปรุงกระบวนการให้กระชับและรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น พร้อมทั้งสนับสนุนการตรวจสอบสถานะรายวิชาเพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจในความถูกต้องและความครบถ้วนของผลการศึกษา รวมทั้งส่งเสริมการทำงานในรูปแบบดิจิทัลในอนาคต โดยสำนักฯ เปิดรับข้อเสนอแนะจากทุกคณะเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของระบบให้ดียิ่งขึ้น

สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนานวัตกรรมด้านระบบสารสนเทศที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานจริงและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานทุกกลุ่ม พร้อมทั้งเดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นสู่การเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยดิจิทัลอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ

การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการในครั้งนี้จึงเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่สำคัญของความร่วมมืออันแน่นแฟ้นระหว่างส่วนกลางและเครือข่ายคณะ เพื่อร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์ระบบการส่งผลการศึกษาที่มีมาตรฐานสูง โปร่งใส น่าเชื่อถือและช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยให้ก้าวไกลในทุกมิติอย่างยั่งยืน

The Academic Administration and Development Office (AAO), Khon Kaen University, organized a workshop to present and gather feedback on the trial version of the new Online Academic Result Submission System on 3 December 2025 at Sukitja Jantachum Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Pimol Kolkij Building. The workshop was honored by the participation of academic record coordinators from all faculties and colleges, who shared valuable insights and recommendations to help refine the system for full deployment in the future.

This meeting reflected a shared vision among all faculties to elevate the quality of academic service delivery. Representatives expressed strong commitment to improving the grade submission process, emphasizing the need for a centralized online platform that both faculties and the central administration can access and monitor transparently. Such a system would allow all stakeholders to track progress in real time and support more efficient and effective operations.

Workshop participants expressed their expectations that the new system would streamline workflows, reduce processing steps, and enhance the overall speed of academic result submission. They also highlighted the importance of built-in verification functions to ensure accuracy and completeness of academic records. Additionally, they expressed their support for expanding digital-based work processes in the future. The AAO welcomed all suggestions and is committed to further enhancing the system’s performance in line with user needs.

Bureau of Academic Administration and Development places great importance on developing innovative information systems that truly support operational needs and align with the requirements of all user groups. The Office continues to drive Khon Kaen University forward toward becoming a fully digital university.

This workshop marks a significant starting point for strengthened collaboration between the central administration and faculty networks in jointly developing a high-standard, transparent, and reliable academic result submission system—one that will sustainably enhance the university’s academic management in all dimensions.
