สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ จัดอบรมใหญ่ “อัปเกรดงานด้วย AI พลิกโฉมเอกสารสู่สื่อมืออาชีพ” ยกระดับการทำงานยุคดิจิทัล รวมเครือข่ายทั่วประเทศกว่า 100 คน

Bureau of Academic Adminission and Development Hosts Major AI Workshop “Upgrade Your Work with AI” Empowering Over 100 Participants Nationwide

สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “อัปเกรดด้วย AI : พลิกโฉมเอกสารสู่สื่อมืออาชีพในไม่กี่คลิก!” เมื่อวันที่ 6 มีนาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมสุกิจจา จันทะชุม ชั้น 2 อาคารพิมล กลกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยมีบุคลากรจากคณะ หน่วยงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และมหาวิทยาลัยเครือข่ายจากทั่วประเทศ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม มากกว่า 100 คน ผ่านรูปแบบการอบรม ทั้ง Onsite และ Online เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถเรียนรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การใช้เทคโนโลยี AI ในการทำงานได้อย่างกว้างขวาง

การอบรมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้และทักษะในการประยุกต์ใช้ เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence : AI) สำหรับการพัฒนางานเอกสารและการสื่อสารองค์กรให้มีความทันสมัย มีประสิทธิภาพ และตอบสนองต่อการทำงานในยุคดิจิทัล โดยผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้ตั้งแต่การใช้ AI ในการสรุปและจัดการข้อมูล การพัฒนาเอกสารให้เป็นสื่อที่เข้าใจง่าย ตลอดจนการสร้าง Infographic และสื่อประกอบการนำเสนอ เพื่อยกระดับการสื่อสารให้มีความเป็นมืออาชีพมากยิ่งขึ้น

ภายในกิจกรรมได้รับเกียรติจาก นายสุภาพ ไชยยา ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายศูนย์สอบและสารสนเทศ สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ เป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดความรู้และนำผู้เข้าร่วมทำ Workshop เชิงปฏิบัติการ เพื่อให้สามารถนำเครื่องมือ AI ไปใช้จริงในงานประจำได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเนื้อหาครอบคลุมทั้งการใช้ AI Engine ช่วยวิเคราะห์และสรุปเอกสาร การสร้างสื่อประกอบการทำงาน และแนวทางการนำ AI มาประยุกต์ใช้กับงานบริการในองค์กร

บรรยากาศการอบรมเป็นไปอย่างคึกคัก ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ทดลองใช้เครื่องมือ AI ด้วยตนเอง พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การทำงานจากหลากหลายหน่วยงาน ซึ่งช่วยเปิดมุมมองใหม่ในการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาพัฒนาการทำงานให้มีความคล่องตัวและตอบโจทย์ผู้รับบริการมากขึ้น

ในโอกาสนี้ สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้เน้นย้ำถึงนโยบายสำคัญในการ พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรทั้งภายในสำนักฯ และเครือข่ายหน่วยงานทั่วประเทศ ให้สามารถนำเทคโนโลยี AI มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อช่วยลดขั้นตอนการทำงาน เพิ่มความสะดวกรวดเร็ว และยกระดับการให้บริการให้สามารถ เข้าถึงผู้รับบริการหรือกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้อย่างครอบคลุมในทุกกลุ่ม

ทั้งนี้ สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการมีเป้าหมายที่จะ พัฒนาองค์ความรู้และทักษะด้านดิจิทัลอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้บุคลากรสามารถก้าวทันเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ และนำเครื่องมือ AI มาใช้เป็นพลังสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่การเป็น หน่วยงานบริการทางการศึกษายุคดิจิทัลอย่างเต็มรูปแบบในอนาคต.

Bureau of Academic Adminission and Development, Khon Kaen University (KKU), organized a hands-on workshop titled “Upgrade with AI: Transforming Documents into Professional Media in Just a Few Clicks” on 6 March 2026 at Sukitja Chanthachum Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Pimon Kolkij Building, Khon Kaen University. The event attracted more than 100 participants from various faculties and administrative units within Khon Kaen University, as well as staff from partner universities across Thailand. The training was conducted in a hybrid format (onsite and online), enabling broader participation and knowledge sharing across institutions.

The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ skills in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve work efficiency, particularly in developing and transforming traditional documents into modern, professional communication media. Participants learned practical techniques for using AI tools to summarize information, analyze documents, generate visual content, and create infographics and presentation materials that effectively communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner.

The training was led by Mr. Supap Chaiyaya, Assistant Director for the Testing Center and Information Division at Bureau of Academic Adminission and Development, Khon Kaen University. During the session, he delivered both lectures and practical workshops that guided participants through real-world applications of AI technologies, demonstrating how AI engines can assist in processing data, improving document workflows, and elevating service-oriented communication within organizations.

The workshop also fostered an interactive learning environment where participants actively practiced using AI tools and exchanged experiences on integrating digital technologies into their daily work processes. This collaborative atmosphere encouraged innovative thinking and highlighted the growing role of AI in enhancing organizational productivity and service delivery.

On this occasion, Bureau of Academic Adminission and Development reaffirmed its strategic policy to continuously strengthen the capabilities of both internal personnel and institutional networks by promoting the integration of AI technologies into professional practices. The initiative aims to streamline workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and enable faster, more efficient services while expanding the ability to reach and serve diverse groups of stakeholders.

Looking ahead, the Office remains committed to continuously developing digital competencies and AI-related skills among its staff and partners. Through ongoing training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, Khon Kaen University seeks to harness the power of AI as a key driver in advancing educational services and building a more agile, innovative, and digitally empowered academic ecosystem.
