KKU Academic Administration and Development Office Honors Exemplary Staff with “Organizational Core Values Role Model Awards 2025”
เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 9 กันยายน 2568 สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดพิธีมอบรางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติ “บุคคลต้นแบบด้านค่านิยมองค์กร” ประจำปี 2568 ณ สีนานวล คาเฟ่ จ.ขอนแก่น โดยมี ผศ.ดร.ปิยวัฒน์ สายพันธุ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักฯ รศ.ดร.วรรณวิภา แก้วประดิษฐ์ พลพินิจ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ และ รศ.ดร.วรารัตน์ สงฆ์แป้น รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารและบุคลากรสำนักฯ เข้าร่วมในพิธีอย่างพร้อมเพรียง
On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, the Office of Academic Administration and Development, Khon Kaen University, hosted the “Organizational Core Values Role Model Awards 2025” ceremony at Seenanual Café, Khon Kaen. The event was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyawat Saipan, Director of the Office, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wannawipa Kaewpradit Pholpinit, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wararat Songpan, Deputy Director for Information Technology and Digital Innovation, along with executives and staff members.
ภายในงานมีการมอบรางวัลให้แก่บุคลากรผู้ปฏิบัติงานอย่างโดดเด่นภายใต้ค่านิยม SMART-REG ของมหาวิทยาลัย โดยผู้ได้รับรางวัล ได้แก่

Mr. Kritsanaphon Sangprachum and Mr. Jirasak Ketchan – Excellence in Technology & Innovation (T)
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการเสวนาพิเศษในหัวข้อ “การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจผ่านค่านิยมองค์กร เพื่อความก้าวหน้าและความสุข” โดยนายสุภาพ ไชยยา ผู้ได้รับรางวัลบุคคลต้นแบบด้านค่านิยมองค์กร (SMART-REG) ซึ่งได้ถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์การทำงานที่สะท้อนถึงความทุ่มเทและความเชื่อมั่นในค่านิยมองค์กร เพื่อจุดประกายแรงบันดาลใจแก่เพื่อนร่วมงาน
The highlight of the event featured a special talk entitled “Inspiration through Organizational Core Values for Progress and Happiness” delivered by Mr. Supap Chaiya, who shared his valuable experiences and insights to inspire colleagues and foster a deeper commitment to KKU’s values.
งานในครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงเป็นเวทีในการเชิดชูเกียรติแก่บุคลากรผู้ทุ่มเท แต่ยังตอกย้ำถึงความมุ่งมั่นของสำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการในการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อก้าวไปสู่ความเป็นเลิศทั้งในปัจจุบันและอนาคต
This ceremony not only celebrated the dedication and achievements of award recipients but also reinforced the Office’s commitment to continuously developing its personnel, driving towards academic and organizational excellence now and in the future.
