สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการโชว์ศักยภาพนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล เปิดบ้านต้อนรับ ม.พะเยา แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระบบอัจฉริยะเพื่อการศึกษา “Bureau of Academic Administration and Development Showcases Its Digital Innovation Capabilities, Welcoming the University of Phayao for Knowledge Exchange on Intelligent Systems for Education”

สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารและบุคลากรจาก คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ในโอกาสเข้าศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาการด้าน การจัดการเรียนการสอน เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 13 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมสุกิจจา จันทะชุม สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น

การศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพและความพร้อมของสำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ ในการเป็นหน่วยงานต้นแบบด้าน การพัฒนานวัตกรรมดิจิทัลเพื่อสนับสนุนภารกิจด้านการศึกษาและการบริหารจัดการมหาวิทยาลัย โดยมีการถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ในหัวข้อ

“เส้นทางการสร้างและพัฒนานวัตกรรมของสำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ” ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นถึงกระบวนการคิดเชิงระบบ การบูรณาการเทคโนโลยี และการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรด้วยนวัตกรรมอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

ภายในกิจกรรมยังมีการนำเสนอนวัตกรรมที่ได้รับรางวัลจากเวที KKU Show & Share 2025 อาทิ

1. KKU Intelligent Admission Verifier ผู้ช่วยตรวจสอบประกาศรับสมัครอัจฉริยะ

2. Curriculum Fast-track ระบบวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรที่แม่นยำและรวดเร็ว

3. Smart Document Administration using AI ระบบสารบรรณอัจฉริยะ

4. KKU CLICK ผู้ช่วยตอบคำถามด้านระเบียบการศึกษา

5. GRAD CHECK ระบบช่วยตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติการสำเร็จการศึกษา

ซึ่งล้วนเป็นนวัตกรรมที่นำเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) มาประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน ลดขั้นตอน และยกระดับการให้บริการแก่คณาจารย์ บุคลากร และนักศึกษาอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงเป็นเวทีถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีระหว่างสองสถาบันเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาการศึกษาไทยให้ก้าวทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัลอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป

Bureau of Academic Administration and Development, Khon Kaen University, warmly welcomed a delegation of executives and staff from the School of Information and Communication Technology, University of Phayao, on the occasion of an academic study visit and knowledge exchange on teaching and learning management, information technology, and digital innovation. The visit took place on Tuesday, 13 January 2026, at Sukijja Chanthachum Meeting Room, Academic Administration and Development Office, Khon Kaen University.

This study visit reflected the strong potential and readiness of the Bureau of Academic Administration and Development to serve as a leading model in developing digital innovations that effectively support academic and administrative missions. As part of the program, participants attended a special talk entitled

“The Journey of Innovation Creation and Development at the Bureau of Academic Administration and Development,”

which highlighted systematic thinking, technology integration, and innovation-driven organizational development.

The program also featured presentations of award-winning innovations from the KKU Show & Share platform, including:

1. KKU Intelligent Admission Verifier, an AI-powered assistant for verifying admission announcements;

2. Curriculum Fast-track, a system for accurate and rapid curriculum analysis that significantly reduces processing time;

3. Smart Document Administration using AI, an intelligent document management system;

4. KKU CLICK, an intelligent assistant providing instant answers to academic regulations; and

5. GRAD CHECK, an automated system supporting graduation eligibility verification.

These innovations demonstrate the effective application of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and elevate service quality for faculty members, staff, and students.

Beyond knowledge sharing, this visit served as an important platform for strengthening inter-university collaboration and academic networks, fostering the exchange of best practices, and promoting sustainable development in higher education through digital transformation.
