มข. เปิดบ้านแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านนวัตกรรมการบริการ ต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานจาก มมส. เสริมพลังความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (KKU Welcomes Study Visit from MSU to Exchange Knowledge on Innovative Service Development)

มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น (มข.) โดยสำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากรจาก มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม (มมส.) ในโอกาสเข้าศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านการขับเคลื่อนการให้บริการด้วยนวัตกรรม เมื่อวันที่ 29 มกราคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมสุกิจจา จันทะชุม สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น

การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาระบบงานวิชาการด้วยนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล อาทิ ระบบบริการทางการศึกษาที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยนวัตกรรมและปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ระบบตรวจสอบประกาศรับสมัครอัจฉริยะ ตู้ออกเอกสารสำคัญทางการศึกษา (KKU Academic Document: KAD) ระบบบริหารข้อมูลการรับเข้าศึกษา รวมถึงระบบสารบรรณอัจฉริยะ เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการและตอบโจทย์การบริหารจัดการมหาวิทยาลัยยุคดิจิทัล

ทั้งนี้ การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึง ศักยภาพด้านนวัตกรรมการบริการของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ควบคู่กับ ความตั้งใจในการพัฒนางานวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม อันเป็นการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างสองสถาบันในการพัฒนาระบบการศึกษาให้มีความทันสมัย โปร่งใส และยั่งยืน ตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมและเทคโนโลยีในอนาคต

Khon Kaen University (KKU), through the Bureau of Academic and Development, welcomed a delegation of executives, faculty members, and staff from Mahasarakham University (MSU) for a study visit and knowledge exchange on innovative service development on 29 January 2026 at Sukitcha Chanthachum Conference Room, Office of Academic Administration and Development, Khon Kaen University.

The visit aimed to share experiences and best practices in enhancing academic services through innovation and digital technologies. Key presentations highlighted KKU’s advancements in innovation- and AI-driven academic services, including the KKU Intelligent Admission Verifier, the KKU Academic Document (KAD) self-service kiosk, the student admission data management system, and the Smart Document Administration system using Artificial Intelligence, all designed to improve service efficiency and responsiveness in the digital era.

This knowledge exchange reflects Khon Kaen University’s strong capacity in developing innovative academic services, while also demonstrating Mahasarakham University’s commitment to continuous improvement in academic administration. The visit marks an important step in strengthening collaboration between the two universities, fostering mutual learning, and jointly advancing modern, transparent, and sustainable higher education management.
