สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ ม.ขอนแก่น เปิดบ้านแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ “หลักสูตรควบ 2 ปริญญา – คลังหน่วยกิต” เสริมพลังการจัดการศึกษาแห่งอนาคต (Bureau of Academic Administration and Development, Khon Kaen University Hosts Academic Exchange on Double Degree Programs and Credit Bank System)

สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เปิดบ้านต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารและบุคลากรจากกองบริการการศึกษา สำนักงานอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ในโอกาสเข้าศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาการด้าน หลักสูตรควบสองปริญญา (Double Degree Program) และ การดำเนินงานด้านคลังหน่วยกิต (Credit Bank) เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 5 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมสุกิจจา จันทะชุม ชั้น 2 สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ

การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิด ประสบการณ์ และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการพัฒนาระบบการจัดการศึกษาที่ยืดหยุ่น ตอบโจทย์การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต และสอดรับกับบริบทการศึกษายุคใหม่ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วรรณวิภา แก้วประดิษฐ์ พลพินิจ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ กล่าวต้อนรับ พร้อมบรรยายถึงบริบท ภารกิจ และทิศทางการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น

ภายในกิจกรรมมีการนำเสนอแนวทางการดำเนินงานด้านหลักสูตรควบสองปริญญา ซึ่งเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้เรียนให้มีสมรรถนะหลากหลายสาขา รวมถึงการดำเนินงานด้านคลังหน่วยกิต ที่ช่วยเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนสามารถสะสมหน่วยกิตจากแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย และนำมาใช้ต่อยอดทางการศึกษาได้อย่างเป็นระบบ

ในโอกาสนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วรารัตน์ สงฆ์แป้น รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล ได้นำคณะผู้เข้าศึกษาดูงานเยี่ยมชมและสาธิตการใช้งาน ตู้ออกเอกสารสำคัญทางการศึกษา (KKU Academic Document: KAD) นวัตกรรมที่พัฒนาโดยสำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ ซึ่งได้รับรางวัลด้านนวัตกรรมและการให้บริการมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง และได้รับความสนใจจากสถาบันการศึกษาทั่วประเทศ การสาธิตขั้นตอนการขอและรับเอกสารผ่านระบบอัตโนมัติสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสะดวก รวดเร็ว และความปลอดภัยของระบบ สร้างความประทับใจและได้รับความสนใจจากคณะผู้เข้าศึกษาดูงานเป็นอย่างมาก

บรรยากาศการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เป็นไปอย่างเข้มข้นและสร้างสรรค์ สะท้อนถึงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในการยกระดับคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษา และร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนระบบการเรียนรู้ที่ตอบสนองต่อความเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมและตลาดแรงงานในอนาคต

The Bureau of Academic Administration and Development, Khon Kaen University, warmly welcomed a delegation from the Division of Educational Services, Office of the President, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, for an academic study visit and knowledge exchange focusing on Double Degree Programs and the Credit Bank System on Thursday, 5 February 2026. The event was held at Sukitcha Chanthachum Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Bureau of Academic Administration and Development.

The study visit aimed to share experiences, best practices, and innovative approaches to developing flexible academic management systems that support lifelong learning and respond to the evolving landscape of higher education. The delegation was officially welcomed by Associate Professor Wanwipa Kaewpradit Plopinit, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, who also delivered a presentation on the Bureau’s roles, missions, and strategic direction in driving academic development at Khon Kaen University.

Key sessions included presentations on the implementation of Double Degree Programs, which play a vital role in enhancing students’ multidisciplinary competencies, as well as the Credit Bank System, an important mechanism that enables learners to accumulate academic credits from various learning sources and apply them systematically toward further education.

On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Wararat Songpan, Deputy Director for Information Technology and Digital Innovation, led the delegation on a tour of the KKU Academic Document (KAD) self-service kiosk, an award-winning innovation developed by the Bureau of Academic Administration and Development. The system has received widespread recognition and attracted strong interest from higher education institutions nationwide. The live demonstration of the automated academic document issuance process highlighted the system’s efficiency, convenience, and security, drawing significant attention and positive feedback from the visiting delegation.

The knowledge-sharing sessions were conducted in an engaging and collaborative atmosphere, reflecting strong inter-university cooperation in advancing the quality of higher education and jointly shaping innovative learning systems that meet future societal and labor market demands.
