มข. เดินหน้าปฏิรูปการศึกษา! เปิดเวที CWIE ยกระดับ PLOs เชื่อมโลกการทำงานจริง คณาจารย์กว่า 75 คนร่วมขับเคลื่อน (KKU Advances Education Transformation! Launches CWIE Platform to Enhance PLOs and Bridge Real-World Work Experience, with Over 75 Faculty Members Driving the Initiative)

สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดโครงการ “CWIE เครื่องมือประเมินการบรรลุผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของหลักสูตร (PLOs)” ครั้งที่ 1 เมื่อวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุม AR Meeting Room ร้าน Aura Cafe จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์เด่นพงษ์ สุดภักดี รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและดิจิทัล เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารสำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการเข้าร่วม

ภายในงานเริ่มต้นด้วยพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการ ก่อนเข้าสู่การบรรยายหัวข้อ “CWIE กับการขับเคลื่อน PLOs การเชื่อมโยงทักษะศตวรรษที่ 21 และการติดตามผลการดำเนินการศึกษาของหลักสูตร” โดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วรรณวิภา แก้วประดิษฐ์ พลพินิจ ซึ่งเน้นการนำแนวคิดการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติจริง (Work-Integrated Learning) มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของหลักสูตร

กิจกรรมสำคัญอีกช่วงหนึ่งคือ Workshop การออกแบบเครื่องมือประเมินและ Rubrics สำหรับใช้ร่วมกับสถานประกอบการและอาจารย์นิเทศ เพื่อให้การประเมินผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้มีความเป็นระบบ โปร่งใส และสอดคล้องกับบริบทจริงของการทำงาน นอกจากนี้ยังมีการนำเสนอผลงานกลุ่ม (Presentation & Feedback) เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และรับข้อเสนอแนะจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ รวมถึงการแนะนำระบบ CWIE KKU สำหรับการบันทึกและติดตามผลการประเมินในระดับหลักสูตร

โครงการดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการศึกษา (Education Transformation) ของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนานักศึกษาให้มีทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 และสามารถเชื่อมโยงผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ (PLOs) กับประสบการณ์จริงในสถานประกอบการ ผ่านระบบสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (CWIE)

ในภาพรวม การจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมทั้งสิ้น 75 คน จาก 17 คณะ ครอบคลุมกว่า 50 หลักสูตร โดยส่วนใหญ่เป็นอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรจำนวน 73 คน และบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน 2 คน สะท้อนถึงความตื่นตัวของคณาจารย์ในการยกระดับคุณภาพหลักสูตรและการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาในระดับสากล

ทั้งนี้ โครงการคาดว่าจะช่วยให้หลักสูตรสามารถพัฒนาเครื่องมือประเมินผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ที่เชื่อมโยงกับการปฏิบัติงานจริงได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม พร้อมยกระดับคุณภาพบัณฑิตให้ตอบโจทย์ตลาดแรงงานในอนาคตอย่างแท้จริง

Bureau of Academic Administration and Development, Khon Kaen University, organized the project titled “CWIE as a Tool for Assessing Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs),” Session 1, on March 31, 2026, at the AR Meeting Room, Aura Cafe, Khon Kaen. The event was officially opened by Asst.Prof. Denpong Sudphakdee, Vice President for Education and Digital, along with executives from the Office of Academic Administration and Development.

The program commenced with an opening ceremony, followed by a keynote lecture on “CWIE in Driving PLOs: Linking 21st Century Skills and Monitoring Program Implementation,” delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wannawipa Kaewpradit Pholpinij. The session highlighted the application of Work-Integrated Learning approaches to enhance program learning outcomes and align them with real-world contexts.

A key highlight of the event was an interactive workshop on designing assessment tools and rubrics for use by both industry partners and academic supervisors. This aimed to ensure that learning outcome assessments are systematic, transparent, and aligned with authentic workplace practices. In addition, participants engaged in group presentations and feedback sessions, exchanging ideas and receiving expert recommendations. The program also introduced the CWIE KKU system for recording and monitoring assessment results at the program level.

This initiative is part of Khon Kaen University’s Education Transformation strategy, which emphasizes developing students’ competencies in line with 21st century skills and integrating Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) with real workplace experiences through Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE).

Overall, the event brought together 75 participants from 17 faculties, representing more than 50 academic programs. The majority were program faculty members (73 participants), along with 2 supporting staff, reflecting strong engagement in enhancing curriculum quality and advancing quality assurance toward international standards.

The project is expected to enable academic programs to develop effective tools for assessing learning outcomes in real-world contexts, ultimately enhancing graduate quality and ensuring alignment with future workforce demands.
