สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการร่วมสัมมนาเครือข่ายเพื่อยกระดับระบบบริการการศึกษาด้วยปัญญาประดิษฐ์ นวัตกรรมดิจิทัล และการจัดการความรู้
Bureau of Academic Administration and Development Participates in Network Seminar to Enhance Educational Services through Artificial Intelligence, Digital Innovation, and Knowledge Management
สำนักทะเบียนและประมวลผล มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้จัดงานงานสัมมนา เรื่อง “การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการทะเบียนการศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลด้วยปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI)” ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 30 – วันศุกร์ที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2568 ณ โรงแรม เดอะแกรนด์ ชัยพฤกษ์ นิมมาน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยมีสถาบันการศึกษาทั่วประเทศเข้าร่วม 43 สถาบันและผู้เข้าร่วมมากกว่า 300 คน เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้แลกเปลี่ยน เรียนรู้ และร่วมมือกันเพื่อสร้างและพัฒนาระบบการให้บริการด้านระบบทะเบียนและการสนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาให้ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของผู้รับบริการและความก้าวหน้าของเทคโนโลยี สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นซึ่งเป็น 1 ใน 6 สถาบันที่มีการลงนามความร่วมมือด้านระบบทะเบียนของประเทศ (มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ขอนแก่น เชียงใหม่ วลัยลักษณ์ ธรรมศาสตร์และสถาบันฯ เจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง) ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและนำเสนอผลงานที่สำคัญ
1. “KKU IntelSphere: นิเวศแห่งการเรียนรู้ และยกระดับการทำงานด้านสนับสนุนการศึกษาและทะเบียน” ซึ่งมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นได้รับการยอมรับอย่างกว้างขวางในด้านการสร้างนิเวศของสิ่งสนับสนุนที่โดดเด่นเพื่อให้นำปัญญาประดิษฐ์ไปใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในทุกมิติ และใช้อย่างถูกต้องมีจรรยาบรรณ
2. “KKU-CORE-C & CISA”: เพื่อวางรากฐานระบบตรวจสอบคุณภาพหลักสูตรแบบอัตโนมัติ ช่วยให้มหาวิทยาลัยเข้าถึงข้อมูลผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ได้ทันที รวมทั้งการติดตามสถานะหลักสูตรได้ทุกขั้นตอนและการส่งรับทราบหลักสูตร ซึ่งจะเป็นระบบเพื่อรองรับการสร้างมาตรฐานใหม่ของความโปร่งใสด้านข้อมูล (Data Transparency) ซึ่งได้เริ่มดำเนินการไปบางส่วนแล้ว
3. KM จำนวน 2 เรื่อง ภายใต้แนวคิด Knowledge Innovation & Digital Trust ทำ KM ให้เป็นสินทรัพย์ขององค์กร โดยเรื่องที่นำเสนอ คือ (1) “KNOWCERT: ความรู้ ความน่าเชื่อถือ และการรับรองที่ตรวจสอบได้” (Knowledge + Certificate/Credential: KKU Digital transcript and Smart Traceability) และ (2) “KM ที่แตะได้: เมื่อความรู้กลายเป็นตู้บริการ 24 ชั่วโมง (KKU-KAD)” ซึ่งผลงานทั้ง 2 เรื่องเป็นผลงานที่ได้รับรางวัลทั้งในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย ประเทศและนานาชาติ และนำมาถอดบทเรียนผ่านกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ (KM Process) เช่น การบ่งชี้ความรู้ (Knowledge Identification) การแสวงหาและสร้างความรู้ (Knowledge Creation and Acquisition) การจัดความรู้ให้เป็นระบบ (Knowledge Storage) การแบ่งปันแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ (Knowledge Sharing) การเรียนรู้และประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ (Knowledge Application) เพื่อให้ KM เกิดขึ้นและแตะต้องได้จริง
4. การร่วมแสดงนิทรรศการ 2 ผลงาน “(1) ระบบและตู้ออกเอกสารสำคัญทางการศึกษาอัตโนมัติ (KKU KAD)” และ “(2) การแสดงผลงาน “CWIE-Skill Transcript” เชื่อมโยงระบบประเมินทักษะของนักศึกษากับสถานประกอบการ สร้างฐานข้อมูลความสามารถจริง (Competency Mapping) ที่ตอบโจทย์ตลาดแรงงานในอนาคต โดยให้สถานประกอบการเป็นผู้ประเมินและออกใบรับรองทักษะดิจิทัลให้นักศึกษา
นอกจากนี้ยังมีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ทั้งด้าน Registration Invention, Future Skill, Present and Future Admission และซะป๊ะ (หลากหลาย) งานทะเบียน รวมถึงการลงมือทำ Workshop เช่น Gen AI เปลี่ยนเกมงานทะเบียน AI Experience Clinic เป็นต้น นอกจากจะเป็นเวทีให้สำนักบริหารและพัฒนาวิชาการ ใช้เสนอผลการดำเนินการที่โดดเด่นต่อสาธารณะซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการเสนอผลงานเพื่อตอบสนองนโยบาย KKU Digital transformation แล้ว ยังเป็นผลงานเชิงประจักษ์ที่สะท้อนการการคิดและอุทิศเพื่อสังคม (Societal Contribution) รวมทั้งการสร้างโอกาสให้บุคลากรได้เรียนรู้และสร้างเครือข่ายต่างสถาบันซึ่งเป็นส่วนสำคัญส่วนหนึ่งในการการพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีสมรรถนะสูงขึ้น
The Office of the Registrar, Chiang Mai University, organized a seminar titled “Enhancing Educational Registration Management in the Digital Era with Artificial Intelligence (AI)” from Thursday, October 30 to Friday, October 31, 2025, at The Grand Chaiphruek Nimman Hotel, Chiang Mai Province. The event brought together 43 higher education institutions nationwide and over 300 participants, providing an opportunity for learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration in developing educational registration services and academic support systems to meet the evolving needs of service recipients and technological advancement.
Bureau of Academic Administration and Development, Khon Kaen University (KKU)—one of six institutions signing a national collaboration agreement on academic registration systems (including Kasetsart University, Khon Kaen University, Chiang Mai University, Walailak University, Thammasat University, and King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang)—participated in the seminar and presented key achievements as follows:
1. “KKU IntelSphere: An Ecosystem for Learning and Educational Support Enhancement” Khon Kaen University received broad recognition for establishing a distinctive ecosystem that enables the ethical and efficient integration of Artificial Intelligence across multiple dimensions of educational and administrative operations.
2. “KKU-CORE-C & CISA” This initiative aims to establish a foundation for an automated curriculum quality assurance system that allows real-time access to learning outcome data, monitors curriculum status at every stage, and supports electronic course acknowledgment processes. The system lays the groundwork for a new standard of data transparency, and its implementation is already underway.
3. Knowledge Management (KM) Projects under the Concept of “Knowledge Innovation & Digital Trust” Two KM initiatives were presented under the concept of transforming knowledge into an organizational asset:
“KNOWCERT: Knowledge, Credibility, and Verifiable Certification” — integrating Knowledge + Certificate/Credential through the KKU Digital Transcript and Smart Traceability System.
“Tangible Knowledge Management: When Knowledge Becomes a 24-Hour Service Cabinet (KKU-KAD)” — a recognized innovation that has received awards at institutional, national, and international levels.
Both initiatives have been systematically developed through the KM process: Knowledge Identification, Knowledge Creation and Acquisition, Knowledge Organization and Storage, Knowledge Sharing, Knowledge Application This process ensures that knowledge management becomes truly practical and accessible.
4. Exhibition Participation, KKU showcased two key innovations: “Automated Educational Document Issuing System and Cabinet (KKU KAD” and “CWIE-Skill Transcript” Presentation — integrating student skill assessment systems with enterprises to create a Competency Mapping database aligned with future labor market demands. Employers directly assess and issue digital skill certificates for students.
Additional Activities and Impact: The seminar also featured learning exchanges on topics such as Registration Invention, Future Skills, Present and Future Admissions, and “Sa-Pa” (Diverse) Registration Works, along with hands-on workshops such as Gen AI Transforming Registration and AI Experience Clinic. This platform not only allowed the Bureau of Academic Administration and Development to present its distinguished achievements in alignment with the KKU Digital Transformation policy, but also demonstrated societal contribution through innovation and dedication. Furthermore, it provided opportunities for personnel development, cross-institutional collaboration, and the strengthening of professional competencies across the academic community.
